After years of struggling with asthma and anxiety, Blake began a deep dive into the world of breathing on a journey to heal himself. He discovered that breathing is a major factor in the quality of our physical, mental, and emotional health.
He now shares the tools that changed his life with others as a Breathwork Coach.
